In addition to the traditional lookbook and a gallery of street style images that embody the spirit of the collection, for Spring/Summer 2013 H&M selected a small collection inspired by the idea of the exotic traveler.
The color palette is very vibrant, with eccentric aspects also present in the footwear, tending to the classic boots and moccasins, but in blue rather than in the traditional black or brown. The textures, prints and drawings are the key of this style, the idea of a traveler who mixes the influences from all over the world. The textured knits evoke Northern Europe, patterned scarves are inspired by the Middle East and printed t-shirts look the tropics.
The same elements are used for the casual summer looks, with shorts and t-shirts paired with blazers and jackets.
