The potential of customizing your own shoes is something that many brands are experimenting to create a product that is closer to the wearer. But the project AliveShoes, that I met at Pitti and I told you about in this post, goes far beyond allowing not only to create your own shoes, and customize them to the box, but to sell them in the shop on the site. The “Boston Street Basketball Supply” one I wore in this outfit are the classic hi-top with canvas uppers, white leather trim and a velvet stripe where is the logo, repeated in the internal label (that is also the graphic on the box!).
On the base of these shoes I created a casual outfit with a dark denim skinny from Sisley, a white t-shirt with a colorful kaleidoscopic pattern by Easy2Dress, and a long wool cardigan by H&M, hot enough for a temperature not too stiff. Complete this outfit the large sunglasses by Giant Vintage Sunglasses and the ironic beanie “Playa Milano” (note the front of Prada!) by Unnatural Brand.
