When temperatures makes layering a challenge and perspiration a serious obstacle to the style, everyone is not inspired by our wardrobe. However, stick with the same pair of shorts and a tank top will not give justice to your summer. You would end up flipping through vacation pictures realizing that you wore the same outfit in every shot. Very sad. The summer wardrobe should be full of potential! And it is this potential that inspired me to share with you a list of items that I find essential for this season, distinctive for their materials or colors.
The navy shorts of Jiberish are made of cotton bouclé-tweed, with button closure and interior pockets printed. Great for a formal aperitif. For shoes you can be more playful thanks to the Chukka version of the Nike sneakers Flyknit, made with ultra-lightweight Lunarlon sole, which spreads the force more evenly across the foot, and the breathable upper. For the top you can choose a t-shirt or a shirt. The jersey t-shirt of 10.Deep is particular for the contrasting pocket and the yellow at the bottom with a very simple tropical pattern, while the short-sleeved shirt in cotton-linen is a re-release of one of the original creations of Levi’s in 1939: the stamp had been developed for souvenirs for the San Francisco World’s Fair that held that year. An easy-going style typically of California. Finally, you can not forget the accessories: sunglasses Stussy is clearly vintage-inspired, with a tortoiseshell frames in acetate and metal temples, while the HBC bag is a tote bag (yes, it exists also for men) 100% cotton with two handles and a striped pattern.
