What you can eat at The Meat Market
The restaurant’s kitchen – guided by chef Giuseppe Fiusco – offers an à la carte menu and the possibility to customize your hamburger by choosing the weight (from 150 gr to 500 gr), meats (calf, beef, chicken, pork), sauces, ingredients (smoked scamorza, milk blossom, buffalo mozzarella, dried tomatoes, pork, nduja) and all the vegetables such as chicory, rapeseed, aubergines and courgettes.
To complete the dining variety, an excellent menu of homemade desserts always fresh and prepared with great care and over 70 wine labels.
