If 2017 hasn’t been a good year I know you think you have nothing to celebrate. But you have to change your mind: the Christmas Dinner, with its abundance, exorcises the demons of the past year and looks forward to a better, brighter and less shitty 2018.
And whether it’s a dinner at home with parents or at restaurant, if you choose to have a Christmas dinner you have to do it with style and a flawless man look. We may have lost Chester, Chris Cornell and Al Jarreau, but at least once this year we should be able to say we celebrated as if it were 1999.
Christmas dinner: a flawless man look
If you’ve chosen a warm house, a few friends or parents and free alcohol you are absolutely wise. And it’s better to create a look that can be adapted in a while, simply by adding or removing a layer.
A light cardigan for example – like the one by Banggood you can see in this post – can be worn if you are too informal or taken away if, on the contrary, all the guests will be in total relax.
What I have to wear? Start from the colors!
If you have absolutely no idea what to wear, the best thing is to open the wardrobe and start from the colors and not from the clothes. To best coordinate them, use lighter shade at the top and then match darker shades for the lower part. For example, a denim shirt goes well with dark green trousers, maybe with a check to make the whole look impeccable.
Finally, leave an eccentric touch to the shoes: glitter, gold and silver are more than allowed. After all, Christmas dinner is also a time of celebration. And not taking too seriously is the first step to live the Dinner in the best possible way.
