Unless the IT phobia pushes me to give up, I’ll almost certainly need a Halloween costume for this year. Halloween is a party celebrated all over the world and Italy is not free from filling with pumpkins and fake blood – which is why it is so wickedly attractive.
When it comes to the most horror night of the year, but in general when it comes to attending a scheduled event, there are always two approaches: those who start thinking about their costume (and make-up) of terror in September and the slackers who are forced to put something together in a short period of time. I belong to the second.
Halloween last minute: the onesie skeleton print
For those like me who are always late, I have fortunately found some really simple costume solutions that could make the research less stressful. If you are one of those who love challenges and try to win the award as the “mask of the year” every year, you need something else. My need is in fact something easy and comfortable to be with friends or at a party without sounding like a damper that doesn’t adapt to the mood of the night.
And among the solutions proposed by ASOS for Halloween the Onesie in Glow in Dark Skeleton Print has immediately caught my attention. The onesie is in fact a simple and practical solution: just wear the underwear (if you’re interested!), pull up the zip and in a moment I’ll be ready for the choreography of Thriller (also moving easily – being made of jersey).
Don’t forget make-up!
Solved this problem, the make-up issue remains. I avoided the tutorials on YouTube because I knew I would feel depressed not being able to reach certain levels despite every MUA says it was simple.
I focused on the Make-up Halloween Kit that ASOS has put together to create a scary and somewhat glamorous skeleton look. I used the white and black face pencils for the eyes and the false teeth, while I applied the tone-on-tone jewels on my face. Because in the end Halloween is a party and an eccentric touch is always good!
