A man of many talents, known as the creative director of DONDA, Kanye West’s style adviser and co-founder of the boutique RSVP Gallery, Virgin Abloh also adds the title of fashion designer to his long list of professions. His is in fact Pyrex Vision, a streetwear brand that is spreading quickly and capturing the attention of everyone.
Inspired by the experience of high school – Champion uniforms gym, obsessions of Caravaggio, Michael Jordan, Kurt Cobain, rap and young blacks with trends “as white” – his latest collection called “Youth Always Win” is a vibrant collection of cultural and sartorial rebellion, borned precisely from this juxtaposition of elements. But also by the street culture of skaters in Paris and Rome. Young people are also models of the campaign, all rookies rappers as A$AP Barri, A$AP Nast, A$AP Josh, A$AP Illz, Ian Connor and Nayle Junior.
Consisting of clothes which stands the logo (as for the last collection), this time Abloh worked primarily with the color, leaving the types of items: t-shirt, shorts, flannel shirts, hats, all with a fit slightly oversized.
