{"id":10368,"date":"2017-04-18T06:37:58","date_gmt":"2017-04-18T04:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.guyoverboard.com\/?p=10368"},"modified":"2017-04-18T06:37:58","modified_gmt":"2017-04-18T04:37:58","slug":"i-vitelloni-rome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.guyoverboard.com\/en\/2017\/04\/i-vitelloni-rome.html","title":{"rendered":"A Place To Eat Incredibly Well In Rome: I Vitelloni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ristorante I Vitelloni Roma\" src=\"http:\/\/www.guyoverboard.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/i-vitelloni_roma_02.jpg\" alt=\"Mangiare Roma, Carne pesce Pizzeria, I Vitelloni San Giovanni Roma\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After a redesign period reopens <strong>I Vitelloni<\/strong>, historic restaurant located not far away\u00a0from San Giovanni in Laterano, born in the &#8217;90s thanks to an intuition of the brothers Delli Ficorelli.<\/p>\n<p>Stefano and Mauro, always good food and Italian cinema enthusiasts, decided to renovate the restaurant to give life to an <strong>all day long<\/strong> place, open from early morning until late at night, that can capture different tastes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ristorante I Vitelloni Roma\" src=\"http:\/\/www.guyoverboard.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/i-vitelloni_roma_01.jpg\" alt=\"Mangiare Roma, Carne pesce Pizzeria, I Vitelloni San Giovanni Roma\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>I Vitelloni<\/h3>\n<p>I Vitelloni looks like a cozy and spacious place, characterised by a <strong>big\u00a0open kitchen<\/strong> and a <strong>large bar counter<\/strong> where customers can enjoy every moment of the day peacefully.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is spread over two floors, one <strong>large and modern space<\/strong>, dominated by iron, wood and typical bricks recovered from the earlier rooms.<\/p>\n<p>The lower part of the restaurant, distinguished by <strong>the pastry shop<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>salsamenteria<\/strong>, has a fireplace and a big screen, perfect\u00a0for private events.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ristorante I Vitelloni Roma\" src=\"http:\/\/www.guyoverboard.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/i-vitelloni_roma_03.jpg\" alt=\"Mangiare Roma, Carne pesce Pizzeria, I Vitelloni San Giovanni Roma\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>What can you eat at\u00a0I Vitelloni<\/h3>\n<p>Today the place is spread over 700 square meters, bringing together (under the same identity) three different souls.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>cocktail bar<\/strong>, where you can have a good breakfast with coffee products, fruit extracts, leavened and sweets, all made from the local pastry. But also enjoy cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) along with a rich and varied buffet for lunch or for a drink.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>meat restaurant<\/strong>, ranging from the typical specialty steakhouse and grill &#8211;
