Inside the ASICS world, ASICS Lifestyle reinterprets heritage models of 80s and 90s, presenting legendary sneakers. Together with one of the most renowned stores in Tokyo,Mita Sneakers, ASICS presented a limited edition inspired by their classic silhouette Gel Lyte III, that celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Using the make-up of runner shoes, Mita added luxury materials such as nubuck and suede to the upper. The shoe comes in two shades of blue, darker along the entire panel and clearer on the toe and heel, along with the typical meshed side panel, red detailing on the heel and sole, contrast stitching and a double sole.
Staying on the subject of limited edition, in this outfit together withASICS Gel Lyte III I decided to use the sweatshirt Lipstick by MSGM, the brand directed by Massimo Giorgetti, borned in collaboration with Toilet Paper, the magazine created by renowned artist Maurizio Cattelan with the photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari. A sweatshirt in shades of blue with a surrealist maxi print of lipsticks. For pants, I chose a dark denim with an oversize volume and a more classic cut by Clap Your Hand.
