River Island, the London brand of high street fashion, for spring/summer 2014 shows a collection that takes inspiration from the young people of the 90s. Through the bright colors typical of a tropical climate, River Island creates essential items ranging from knitting to shorts, not forgetting the shirts made through an explosion of floral prints. There is also space for leather, mixed in the baseball jacket “Asap Jacket” probably inspired by the rapper ASAP Rocky, and a range of sportswear that highlight patterns and hologram material. Once again, the structured approach of River Island makes its casual really refined.
