In these days, in Milan, were held various days dedicated to the presentation of new collections by PR and communication&press agencies dealing with the brand. I had a great pleasure to discover the dark and fascinating world of Black Dioniso.
The project Black Dioniso was born in 2009 with the intent to customize one of the icons of the twentieth century, the Converse All Star, to create something special and crafted with luxurious materials and a great job of labor, all Made in Italy. The sneakers Black Dioniso come alive and are made of patent leather, leather, studs, fur, aluminum, feathers, and many other unusual applications and materials, with the aim of being more innovative, original and trendsetters.
For A/W 2014, the collection stands out in FOX, with the application of fur, from natural tones that gives a distinct elegance, and patterns in ram; SHINING, sneakers with all-over application of Swarovski crystals and pearls or in gold fabrics lamier; GUERRILLA and 3D, gritty taste sneakers with rubber and silicone three-dimensional effect applications; and finally a LIMITED EDITION created by the designer Luca Berioli in collaboration with two young artists from Perugia Lorenzo Laura and Eleanor Pelliccia, depicting hand visionary images of oriental inspiration.
In addition the Converse model, Black Dioniso made this time also a trainer model where leather, canvas, mutton and horse are mixed together, and a BLACK FASHION WORLD, a clean line where the sole gets up to 8 mm, with zip and laces that take the lead.
