Converse is one of the biggest brands of canvas sneakers. The mix of colors, style, comfort and low cost have made this shoe a cult object, first in the skater world and then in the mainstream fashion markets. The ones I like best are the hi-top, because they can give a retro touch to every look, adapting to casual wear such as shorts and jeans, but also to the more formal trousers.
In this outfit I use the All Star Hi Plimsolls, bought on ASOS, whose characteristic is to have not only the upper in black color, but also all the rubber parts and the laces. I decided to stay on an all-black outfit, using a stretchy pant of ChRoy, a sweatshirt with the logo print (revisited) of Guns’n’Roses by Giuro Che Domani Smetto and the New Era snapback with the word Miami in red plexiglass reported on the front. The only real splash of color is given by the cotton bag with stars pattern by Vivienne Westwood.
So, Converse are a versatile piece of footwear that everyone should have in their wardrobe.
