Ok, I admit it: me and the sport doesn’t get along very well. I am a bit lazy to practice it, but I’m always very attentive to all the news that fashion can carry from this world. Especially since the brand began to give importance to the design as well as functionality that clothing and accessories need to be able to perform at their best.
This outfit is a tribute to that world, starting with the shoes. Nike Jordan Flight 45, since 1985, bears the name of one of the most famous basketball players (Michael Jordan) and draw inspiration from basketball, updating its roots with new combinations of colors and look. Now become a trend, are available on the site Hoodboyz, an e-shop dedicated to the world of streetwear and hip-hop with the most famous sport and casual brands, available for both men and women (and even children).
As shorts I choose the Fencing one from Adidas SLVR, a line that get away from the sport reference of the brand and approaches to clean lines, simple shapes, and a more subdued color palette. The shorts are inspired by traditional Fencing Pants, but are made of durable cotton canvas and have an elastic band on the edge. The sleeveless tshirt by Selected/Homme takes not only the typical grid structure of basketball tank tops, but enriches it with the “name and number” typical of the players in the back. As accessories, bracelets of various types and a plexiglass necklace by 5Preview.
