Starting from key fashion item as the short sleeve crew neck tshirt, Marcelo Burlon creates a blank canvas on which he paints his expressionist view of self-determination as a revolutionary tool. He has a multicultural vision that takes inspiration from the animal instict, turned into prints and graphics of exotic feathered, furry or scaly animals. The tshirt I wear this outfit is its iconic Snake Moon (in brown) inspired by snakes from Patagonia, its crawling circle reminds a moon lunar eclipse and pays tribute to the eternity esoteric symbology.
Taking up the colors and the reptile texture, I decided to complete the look with a flannel blazer by Tom & Hawk, a pair of trousers in wool by Messagerie inspired by the movie “Il Casanova” by Federico Fellini (modern symbol of glamor and sophistication) and the special Dallon Brogue Studded Shoes by Dr Martens, premium colorblock leather uppers topped with wingtip toes and allover studded detailing. An outfit in autumn colors, because weather just doesn’t want to give us the spring at the earliest!
